I normally don't watch so much movies/television. I can live without tv for all I care. However, besides the Alien/Pred series, I also like.....

The Chronicles of Riddick series and the film, Akira.

Everybody has their opinions. However, here's what I heard.

Chronicles of Riddick went very well at the beginning (the first film of the series was Pitch Black). Then they made an anime-style Riddick film (Forgot the name) that went REALLY well. Then the most recent film (Chronicles of Riddick) was actually a let-down compared to the first two.

Akira is VERY cool to most anime fans that I know. Great story, based off of a manga, etc. It's just too long to describe all in one post!
